From 132 kgs to 87 - after two weeks - next month - Solution Diet-Recipes

Ok,
We are ready to go on for next month, what do we need Diet-Recipes - Solutions!!!
Here they are;

  • Eating of good breakfast instead of great supper - it take a vile to manage this but it`s achievable.
  • Latest eating time 6:00PM - not later, even a minute.
  • Fish, salad instead of meat.
  • Trying to avoid picas, crisps... ETC
  • One chocolate tablet for 1 week (He liked it, anyway it`s not bad for your brain too).
  • No cookies at all, or mac 1 small pack for 2 weeks.
  • "NOT to eat" better than "EAT" - he had a lots of personal reserves.
  • NO food on Friends parties - it means eating at home before that and just few drinks on event.
  • WALKING to store/supermarket instead of driving - that`s the simplest.
  • WALKING to closely living friends instead of driving there, choosing PUBLIC transport instead of car (You just need to walk more)
  • Finally He took to more Ice hockey training hours weekly.
Some application DIET-RECIPES or day to day solutions.
Supper - Simple salad - you will need;  scrimps, cucumbers, tomatoes, majonese (a little).
Slice cucumbers, tomatoes in to mid size pieces, mix together with scrimps, for souse cover with small string`s of majonese. Serve together with full grain bread (1 piece).
For breakfast  - Oats with milk or water.
Dinner - if outside of home no meat Fish, best vegetables only, some small portion of soup before that. For desert -fruits.
Drinks - well this was first month so He stopped to use Coke, Pepsi etc. Instead - Ice tea, Water with drop of juice.
As you can see no measures or sizes, that`s the point - ALLOWING to find solutions and ideas.  ALLOWING your brain to taste this JOY and ENTHUSIASM  It`s such a boring sense being oppressed by figures and numbers, is it?
And WALKING, WALKING, WALKING, WALKING lots of simple phistical activities.
So let`s go on and see how our Case is moving on, lets do it for a month and come back how WE are, don`t worry.... I,ll encourage you.
