From 132 kgs to 87 - after two weeks - next month - Solution

Hi,
I am entitling this diary post "after two weeks - next month", it means the following month of our two weeks preface. You might be already started to look for a solution for your diet?
So, lets talk a little;
Diet: How do you feel?
Human: Well kind of, but still when I,ll start...
Diet: Are you ready to struggle?
Human: Well that fear`s me most, I`ll need to struggle, I`ll need to say
strict NO to some things, things I like very much.
Died: That`s normal, nobody want `s unnecessary effort, but "It is our attitude at the beginning of a difficult task which, more than anything else, will affect It's successful outcome." - William James.
Human: That`s boring - again those quotes, I am a simple man I don`t even know WFIS this William James.
Diet: Ok, how do you feal did you liked all those products you,ve bought in past two weeks, did you felt good, do you think you need them all?
Human: Hmm, well? Actually I would say NO! I,ve started to think I do not need them, I mean some products. I could say no to so big portions and try something less or else?
Diet: Thats better?
Human: So, what`s the solution?

Well, our case had exactly same situation, he started to think about what he need  and don`t need, what`s better he started to ANNALISE!!! 
Here are the facts at first;

  • Just moved to nice new flat
  • Play`s Ice hockey on evenings
  • New flat is full of dark corners to hide all tempting things
  • Don`t like to stay at home too much
  • Lives alone
  • Tried several diets before, no results at all, even worse.
What he did, he just marked main facts to deal with, no stress for time or money in this case, he understood that such path way could take not a week, month ... but more, his brain accepted. That was most important issue - BRAIN. We, work, eat, live and motivate us the way OUR brain thinks, that was the purpose of those two mad weeks, restart OUR BRAIN, start to think by ourselves. and ... Next....
