From 132 kgs to 87 - after two weeks.

So,
This is second entry of my - From 132kgs to 87 series.
To be a good listener  you will need to remember what`s been told on our previous article?
So some self control questions;

  1. Whats our case?
  2. What we,ve been doing for first two weeks?
  3. How do we fee?
If you can answer those two questions - good you are ready to continue.
So today after our two weeks all allowance tour we will discuss What`s next? 
Lets imagine such conversation.
Diet: How do you feel, isn`t time for starting self control.
Human: Well I don`t know it is hard, besides I,ve even enjoyed those two weeks - do what you want, eat what you like.
Diet: Well, OK? How do you feel?
Human: Hmm, to be honest not so good. There is always this question when I,ll start to loose weight, I still have same 132?
Died: So, you`d be ready to take small challenge:)
Human: You now, hmm maybe if it`s small then yes why not!

Ok, having such conversation in your mind is absolutely natural and characteristic way of how our brain works, we don`t like how we look, how we  manage our life that`s normal.
Two weeks are passed, whats next steps, lets make some small marks;
  1. Where we live?
  2. Our friends
  3. Family
Why? Because these factors are playing very important role on or motivation; dwelling place - what we have there, can we cook home (No microwaves), Friends - how socialized we are, parties every friday, barbecues every weekend, family - you are living together, so you eat together, which means they might dislike your new attitude you are going to eat less or not what they do?

So our case - "Man" did same. Facts are - Living alone (so you don`t need to count family factor), Fiends - well it`s early spring in Northern country  so it`s not barbecue season yet, Place - nice flat with own oven and big fridge.

Thats what in our case - your`s might differ so spend some time to think and write down.... Lets move to our next lesson....
