I will start this sort of solution series with bunch of articles, regarding unanswered question;
How to loose ~43 kilos in one year?
According to medics, such great loss of weight might cause serious health problems, but since I,ve done it by myself - is is fully manageable and achievable.
So, were, when and how to start.
Lets describe an example
from my personal life, first - situation;
- Case - Male
- Age - 31
- Weight ~ 132 kgs (too moch over)
- Time started - spring (end of march 2008).
So we have male with over 40 kgs of unnecessary weight, tried several diets, none of them worked, possible depression, just divorced, broken hart from love.... I hope that`s enough .
Stage One - allow yourself everything.
Time max - two weeks.
During this period of diet everything and every food is suitable, I am serious.... Imagine two weeks, by and eat as much as you can, what staff you like - McDonalds, fatty pork meat, sweets, crisps..... You know better.
So, some of you may shout: "What`s the point of diet, here? What a .... you are saying us", the point here is to understand how you feel, that overeating is bad, you know is this burden feeling, after 3 course meal and bunch of drinks on top of that.... That`s the point here, it allows your brain to understand - you eat too much..., "Brain"
Ok . Question: "How then we jump on diet?"
Hey guys patience, it took one year to do so, so patience it is only first two weeks.... we have time, its is march we can get to summer holidays with more nice figure than that.
